Duration

Our programs are run for the 10 week school term. Students will need to register each term before the program starts. Students can also chose to complete only one 10 week program if they desire.

Payment

Payments are accepted through direct bank transfer from the invoice sent out, or can be paid online through our website.

Refund Policy

‘Gemini Productions’ has a strict ‘no-refund’ policy. If your child pulls out of one of our programs you will not be refunded.

If your child is absent or misses/forgets their lesson, they will not be able to get a refund. If there is availability, ‘Gemini Productions’ may arrange a ‘make-up lesson’ for students to catch up their missed classes.

If a teacher or the school is unable to hold a lesson, there will be a make up lesson scheduled.

Trials

Each child is allowed to have one trial lesson to decide if they want to register. This lesson is free of charge, if the student decides they want to register, they will be charged the full amount for the term. The pricing for our programs include the trial each student receives.

If a student has done a trial and comes back to a second class without being registered. They will not be allowed to participate in the class until they register.

Student Behaviour

Students are to apply the same classroom expectations during the school day, to our extra-curricular programs. Our Teachers are here to teach performing arts, not behavior correct. If a student is consistently showing unsatisfactory behaviour despite many attempts to fix it (action plan with parents, guidance from teacher, repeated disciplinary action) the student will be removed from the program with no refund.

Parent Collections

For after school classes, parents are required to arrive at the exact finishing time of the class. Parents who arrive 10 minutes late will be charged a late fee of $30 which will increase by $1 per extra minute you are late. Teachers will leave a maximum of 15 minutes after class ends and will not be able to stay to supervise any children past that point. Our teachers have other schools to teach at after and will have to leave your child in the school unsupervised.

Liability

In the event where a child is sick or injured during a ‘Gemini Productions’ class. ‘Gemini Productions’ will not be liable.

Agreements

By Accepting these terms, you also agree to the following:

1. I acknowledge and agree that Gemini Productions to the fullest extent permitted by law, excludes all liability for any loss, damage or other claim arising from or in any way connected to the attendance of my child/children at the Gemini Productions classes, including without limitation claims relating to personal injury, or the use and publication of photographs in any media (including social media).

2. Gemini Productions reserves the right to give or take away parts as they see fit. If your child will be absent for the performance, they will not be given a major role/spot.

3. I consent to sending full payment to ‘Gemini Productions’ before the commencement date of each program.

4. I accept the ‘Gemini Productions’ has the right to enforce disciplinary action towards any student that is behaving inappropriately towards teachers/students. We absolutely do not condone violence, bullying or harassment and that student will be removed from our programs with no refund.

5. I acknowledge that my personal information will be stored in accordance with current privacy legislation. Credit card details are not held by ‘Gemini Productions’.

6. I acknowledge if my child does not attend a class or decides to not continue the program I will not be issued a refund.

7. I agree to pick up my child from class as soon as it ends. If I am over 15 minutes late, I agree to pay a late fee of $30.
